  3. Project files remain in the browser unless a user deliberately submits normalized fields for Online Technical Review. That optional processing may use contracted third-party infrastructure under applicable privacy and service terms.
  4. Users must verify technical conclusions against controlled codes, project specifications, approved records, and competent engineering authority before professional or production use.
  5. Any access contribution is voluntary and supports platform operation. It does not guarantee examination success, certification, uninterrupted availability, or a specific technical outcome.
