Energy Engineering Hub Asia provides engineering calculations, controlled workflows, inspection forms, technical records and professional learning tools. Outputs support review and assessment. They do not replace controlled codes, approved project documents or a competent engineer’s authorization.
Access requests may include a name, company email, acceptance of terms and access history. Trial sessions use a browser marker and a limited-duration server record. Operational security logs may record the minimum technical data required to protect the service.
Project files are normally processed within the browser workspace. Online Technical Review is optional. When selected, normalized fields required for that review may be transmitted to contracted third-party infrastructure. Do not submit confidential, personal, export-controlled or copyrighted data without authority.
Controlled source documents, detailed evidence and source-management functions are restricted to authorized Owner or Document Controller roles. Learner views receive only permitted references. Access controls do not grant intellectual-property or redistribution rights.
Administrative records are retained only for access control, security, traceability and applicable legal or project obligations. Requests concerning access, correction or deletion may be sent to lehaihoa8289@gmail.com. Mandatory retention duties may limit deletion.
This platform is independently developed and is not an official product, examination, certificate, approval or professional licence of API, ASME, AWS, ABS, LR, BV, DNV, VR, CSWIP, TWI, IIW or any certification body.
Users must verify editions, clauses, units, input quality, applicability limits and release conditions. Calculated or review results cannot approve PQR/WPS records, release inspection points, certify personnel or establish fitness for service without the required controlled evidence and authorized review.
Features and availability may change while the platform is under development. Manual access contributions do not guarantee uninterrupted service, examination success or a specific technical outcome. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
